The AI Color Mood Suggester is an AI-powered tool that generates cohesive color palettes based on a text description of your brand, product, emotion, or desired aesthetic. Each palette includes hex codes, color names, roles (Primary, Accent, Background, etc.), and a rationale for each color choice.

You describe your brand, product, or mood in plain language. The AI analyzes the emotional and psychological associations of your description, applies color theory principles, and generates harmonious palettes that fit the described aesthetic — each with a practical role assignment and usage rationale.

Each palette includes a creative name, a mood descriptor, 4–5 color swatches with hex codes, human-readable color names, role labels (Primary, Secondary, Accent, Background, Text, Neutral), a one-sentence rationale per color, and suggested use cases for the palette.

Yes. Use the "Copy JSON" button on any individual palette or the top-level button to copy all palettes as a structured JSON array with hex, name, and role fields. This is ready to paste into design token files, CSS custom properties, or design tool imports.

Click any hex code displayed in the color detail list to copy it instantly to your clipboard. The code turns green briefly to confirm the copy.

The Visual Style option lets you guide the aesthetic direction of the palette. For example, "Soft & Pastel" generates lighter, desaturated tones, while "Bold & Vibrant" produces highly saturated, energetic colors. Leaving it blank lets the AI choose the best style for your description.

You can generate 2 or 3 palettes per request. Multiple palettes give you meaningful variety to compare — each palette is intentionally different so you can explore distinct color directions for the same brand or mood.

The AI attempts to generate palettes with sufficient contrast between foreground and background colors, but does not guarantee WCAG compliance. Always verify accessibility using the UI Color Accessibility Checker tool before using colors in production.

Yes. The hex codes are standard 6-digit hex values that work in any CSS file, design token system, Figma, Sketch, or any design tool. Copy the JSON output and map the role field to your design system's token naming convention.
